Trends in Export

“Trends in Export” is a yearly event held in Rotterdam for exporters initiated by Atradius and Evofenedex. Animated presentations for this yearly event are produced by video production company Verwaaij Media. For the 25th edition of the “Trends in Export” event, Verwaaij Media requested me to collaborate and deliver a fresh animation style to the presentations as a festive touch. It’s an absolute pleasure doing collaborations with Verwaaij Media.

Two 3D-styles are featured. The port of Rotterdam is presented in realistic graphics to describe the direction of the port’s contemporary atmosphere and feel. For the transitioning of the presented trends in export, a collage style with a textured look was constructed. The audience follows the ship as it encounters the trends, as a reference to the exporters of the Port of Rotterdam. The texture is a playful referral to an office setting while discussing the yearly statistics.
